Our wonderfull health care system

OK, Where do I begin. This week has been one for the record books. First on Monday at my clinical check up I was informed that since my primary insurance company has dropped me my transplant is on hold. OK to me every one this means my life is on hold. So I have spent countless hour on the phone all week sorting out what drug coverage I will need when I get a transplant and that is only based on what drugs I will need. Unfortunately I do not know what drugs I will need till after the transplant. The current insurance business is complicated. I feel it is complicated by design. There is no reason why the system has to be set up this way. It is a blatant attempt for as many people to get their hands in the cookie jar. It's unreal. I got so fed up going around every ones bureaucracy wall I decided on wen day I was just gonna run through the wall. After the proverbially fire was lit under 3 separate people who was holding me up. Things are back on schedule.
OK this rant, and that's what it is is a rant. Is caused because in order to get any help when your sick you have to be flat broke. I spent Tuesday at the VA trying to get medican for them to tell me I made to much money last year. Last Year! I haven't had a pay check or commission in 2 months but they want to go off of what I made last year. I told the I was healthy last year and sick now but that didn't stop the doctors from treating me. See what I'm saying is say your dieing and you go to the hospital. The doctors say well you were OK last year when I saw you. We don't need to treat you. Am I making any sense.
